We meet 1:1 three times a month (with one week off for integration) that includes:
1 thirty min chart exploration session and 2 thirty min focalizing sessions. Through your chart sessions, things will be illuminated for you to consider. During our focalizing sessions, I will be holding space for you to explore with curiosity the way your chart moves through your body.
